The free tier of NASMM 360 (VIP) provides our members a powerful toolset focused on real SMM needs. It lowers the technology barrier so more members can run confidently on a single, proven platform.

If your membership lapses, you will lose access to the system.

Yes, project and CRM data can be exported by you to excel files.

Please submit a support request to obtain a zip file of all your project and CRM documents. In the request provide a file delivery service where we can send the zip file(s).

Another option is to just archive your projects and access your archived data under the free VIP plan.

There is NO per user cost! NASMM 360 does not place a limit on the number of users you add to the system as we know many of your staff are part time or seasonal..

VIP includes the full feature set with a reasonable limit on active projects so performance stays strong for everyone. When you need more active projects, the Unlimited tier removes project limits for maximum scalability.

VIP only limits you to 15 active projects. No other limits are in place.

For perspective, putting together similar capabilities from separate tools for an 8-person team could look like:

Sorry, we unfortunately cannot support the desktop version due to limited online connectivity. We recommend upgrading to QBO to leverage integrations.

The estimator creates consistent quotes whether you bill by project, hour, or package. Instead of counting boxes, it models home size and density, then adjusts by client “touch level” so your plan reflects the care required. You can override, tune, and evolve it as your team's proficiency changes.

Choose a simple “touch level” (low/med/high/very high). The system automatically scales the time and effort so you can plan staffing and timelines with empathy and accuracy.

You do — always. Our independent development team may access data only as needed to provide support or improve the system. We may use anonymous, aggregated metrics to enhance performance — never in a way that identifies your business or your customers.

NASMM 360 was created for NASMM by a pioneering SMM group that as a NASMM founding member, remains committed to the success of our members. To protect our members, NASMM has oversight of the system and all data access is strictly protected. Not even the creator of the system can see it.

Move Manager 360 (MM360) has evolved into NASMM 360— a platform now monitored by our (NASMM) oversight committee. This change ensures the system belongs to the entire community it was created to serve.

The original SMM who developed MM360, donated the sole public license of its source code in-kind to NASMM.

This creates a rising tide that lifts every NASMM member. The goal is simple: to let our members spend less time wrestling with back-office systems and focus more time doing the meaningful work that matters most.

The same team that supported and developed Move Manager 360 (MM360) remains in place for support purposes with some small, but important changes.

Your data is not accessible to anyone outside of you except for the independent third party developer.
