You have some questions...

Every conference attendee will receive a code that unlocks the VIP free tier of MM360. You will have 13 months of VIP access to the system at no cost. At the next conference another code will be issued for you to grant you another 13 months of VIP access at no cost.

VIP access is granted to conference attendees each year. If you do not attend the conference the following year, you will need to upgrade to the MM360 Unlimited plan to continue use.

Your VIP access code is unique to you and cannot be shared with anyone else. If you have lost your access code, please use the need help links in the Get Started section, and we will issue you a new code.

VIP Access provides you with the complete suite of MM360 tools, but there are limits in place to ensure the system reamins stable for MM360 Unlimited users. MM360 Unlimited users have all limits removed.

VIP Access is limited to 15 Active Projects and 500 Active Contacts in the CRM. There are no other limits imposed.

When you are done with a project you can archive it so it does not count against your active total. For contacts, you can use the "Archive Old Contacts" tool to archive contacts you have not communicated with past a set period of time.

Yes, you can switch to the archived view and search and view archived projects and contacts. Archived projects and contacts cannot be changed or have further actions taken against them.

Yes. Archived projects and contacts can be restored to active status provided your limit will not be exceeded.

Yes. However we do recommend that users archive projects once done to keep their project list from getting too long or taking too long to load.

Archiving contacts is a good idea to help keep your sales staff focused on the most current clientelle and referral sources.

Yes, you can invite your staff and assign permissions on what they can access within the system.

Once logged in, click on your name in the menu, then "Training", and select "My Training". Once inside Move Manager Acedemy, click on "My Courses" and then open "MM360 Essentials".

Yes. We recommend that you create a specific account on Google for your project calendar. We suggest a name like "mycompany.scheduler@gmail.com". This will ensure all invites to your schedule comes from that account, including ones to yourself.

Yes. When you connect to QuickBooks Online, you will have the option to import your contacts from QuickBooks Online. You can elect to bring in only those from a certain point in time. You will also be able to map your services in MM360 to those you have configured in QuickBooks Online.

No. Unfortunately we do not integrate with the desktop version due to its limited functionality and integration. We recommend upgrading to QuickBooks Online.

Yes. VIP Access users will have a $100 fee to import contacts from their current CRM. MM360 Unlimited users receive this service at no charge. This process is done manually by the support staff of MM360 due to the high variability of CRMs in use.

If you have lost your access code, please use the "Need help?"" links in the "Get Started" section and we will issue you a new code.

You own all your information, data, and documents.
We only access your information when needed for your support and in the development of new services and tools to ensure those updates will not affect you and your data in a negative way.

We may aggregate some data anonymously to understand the pressures placed on the system and better understand how it is utilized.
