While this public version isn’t quite as feature-rich as their internal system, it’s still incredibly robust — representing nearly one million dollars in invested development, integrations, and backend services.
Offering VIP Access at no cost is their way of giving back to the NASMM community and helping others find the same success they’ve experienced by bringing everything together in one powerful platform.
To keep the system running smoothly for all users, there are limits on the number of active projects and emails sent through drip campaigns under the VIP plan.
Need more flexibility? Upgrading to Unlimited removes all limits — giving you the freedom to scale without restriction.
At this time, VIP Access is available only to companies registered in the United States.
Other than those limits, you’ll have full access to all features and tools included in the platform.

This helps keep things organized and makes sure all calendar invites come from the same place, including ones you send to yourself.
Once connected, you’ll be able to import your contacts — and even choose to bring in only those added after a certain date.
You can also match your services in MM360 to the ones you’ve already set up in QuickBooks, making invoicing and syncing smoother.
We recommend upgrading to QuickBooks Online to take full advantage of the integration features and keep everything running smoothly.
Instead of counting boxes, it looks at the overall size of the home and how full it is. This helps create a more consistent way to estimate how much time and effort a job will take.
The system comes ready to use with common services that Senior Move Managers typically provide, along with average time estimates based on a standard 2,000 sq ft home.
Just enter the home's size, and the estimator will suggest how long each service might take and what it will cost. You can fine-tune the estimate by noting whether the home is more or less full than average.
As you use the system, you can adjust the average times to better match your team’s pace — making future estimates even more accurate.
You always have full control: you can override the estimate with your own numbers and include clear service descriptions ready for QuickBooks.
Many companies find that, over time, this tool becomes so accurate that they confidently shift from hourly billing to project-based pricing — with estimates regularly landing within 1% of actual costs.
The estimator takes this into account through what we call a "touch level" — a simple way to describe how much personal attention a client may need. You can choose from low, medium (average), high, or very high touch levels based on your experience with the client.
The system will then adjust the estimated time and effort needed for your services accordingly, helping you plan more accurately and ensure your client receives the care and attention they deserve.
Traditional task lists are often used to track whether certain steps have been completed within a project. However, in practice, we found that most task lists ended up functioning more like checklists — or worse, they became overwhelming and unmanageable.
During early testing with systems that supported traditional task lists, we noticed a common pattern: tasks were often not marked complete, even though the work had been done. Over time, these unchecked items piled up, leading to confusion and ignored assignments simply because the task list became too cluttered to manage effectively.
MM360 takes a different approach. Instead of static task lists:
- Shifts include built-in checklists that guide staff through what’s expected when they work a shift.

Follow-up events are designed for one-time or special actions linked to a contact. They include all the necessary details — like phone numbers, emails, or addresses — and appear directly on the assigned team member’s calendar so they stay visible and actionable.
If needed, they can also be shared with the connected contact to support collaboration and keep everyone on the same page.
This approach keeps things simple, clear, and easy to follow while giving project managers valuable time back.
Our independent development team may access your data only when necessary to provide support or improve the system, always with care to ensure updates are beneficial and do not disrupt your experience.
Occasionally, we may use anonymous, aggregated data to help us better understand system performance and improve the platform for everyone—but never in a way that reveals individual users or organizations.

Rest assured—MM360’s data and servers are completely separate from those of Smooth Transitions Franchising. The system is managed independently by the developer of the public platform, and no Smooth Transitions employees or owners have access to user data. Your information remains private, secure, and fully protected.
