This is the NASMM 360 tour.
I wanted to share an important detail before we get going.
A unique aspect about this system is that the whole thing was designed and built by a founding member organization of NASMM, who of course, is a senior move manager themselves.
So what you're about to see came about from a real need in their businesses, and was then refined to meet the needs of NASMM members.
It's a system they license to NASMM, for the exclusive use of its members, and its members only.
And rest assured that your data is private and secure.
NASMM's oversight ensures the proper care, access and audits keep it in the hands of the people you approved access to.
We've been at this better than eight years now, building the one system that handles a whole job, start to finish and accounted for all the support behind the scenes needed to make that happen.
Rather than walk you around a menu, we're going to follow one family the whole way through.
Rick and Peggy who are leaving the house they raised their kids in and moving into a community across town.
You'll see their move from the contact form submission, the initial phone call, through making their estimate they e-sign, scheduling your staff, collecting the hours your team works and issuing the invoice they pay, right down to the review they leave you at the end.
Then we'll show you how to make the whole sha-bang look and work like your company does, because how we do things isn't necessarily how you do things.
Two quick notes though: the demo and sample screens are sample representations of the actual system.

So know that the system does even more than what we can show you here.

We'll talk you through the whole thing, one screen at a time. The controls at the bottom of the window pause it, step between screens, or take you out again.
It starts with a phone call and ends with a signed estimate: the intake form you fill in while you have them on the line, where their name and every note about them lives afterwards, and how you put a price in front of them while you are still sitting at their kitchen table.
You hear them out and type as they talk. Then the name, the contacts, both addresses and who sent them, all on the one screen while you still have them on the phone.

When scheduling your team on a shift, the budget for the service being done is right there in the same window, adjusting its utilization as you set the hours and number of people on the shift. Everyone's availability is drawn behind their schedule bar, so any conflicts are evident before you send them an invite. And a single shift can hold all the locations you're going to, in the order your team will travel to them.
A move has more moving parts than the shifts on the calendar — the donation pickup to arrange, the certificate of insurance the community wants, the elevator that has to be reserved for the ninth. Every one of them gets an owner and a due date here, so nothing about the job is living in somebody's head. Build the board around the steps you already work through, hang an action off any step, and an overdue card flags itself long before your client is the one telling you.

Your client picks how to pay on a page carrying your company name, and the standard card price already covers the processing. A card payment doesn't come out of your margin, and paying by cash or bank earns them a discount.
You set the schedule one time, and the review requests and the follow-ups go out on their own, stopping the minute somebody actually leaves you a review. How many of your people can be switched on at once. Seasonal help is the reason we count it this way: when somebody moves on you switch them off, and that spot goes right back in the pot for the next hire. You pay for the team you have this month, not everybody who ever worked for you.
How many jobs are running at once. Below Unlimited a plan allows twice its people — forty on Essential, a hundred and twenty on Premium — and that is a ceiling on what is live, not on what you keep. Archive a job you have wrapped up and the slot comes straight back, and archived work is unlimited on every plan, so keeping your history costs you nothing.
How many people can be using the system at the same moment. Think of a busy Tuesday morning with the office, three teams and yourself all in at once. It is not the same thing as how many staff you have, because most of your team isn't logged in at any one moment — they are on a job, not at a screen.

Two things change as you go up: how many people you can have on it, and how much of the system is switched on.
Essential, $40 a month. The whole job, from the first call to a paid invoice — the lead, the estimate they sign, the schedule, the hours your team works, the invoice and the review they leave you at the end. Up to 20 people and 40 active projects.
Premium, $100 a month. Everything in Essential, for up to 60 people and 120 active projects. It adds review requests that go out on their own and keep following up until the family leaves one, a notice to the family and your team each time a project moves to its next step, and it lets a workflow step send the emails and create the tasks somebody would otherwise have to remember.
Unlimited, $140 a month. No cap on people or on active projects. It adds forms you build yourself and put on your own website, automated communications you build off a change to a project or a contact, broadcasts that send one email or text to a whole group of your contacts at once, writing your own training courses and library articles, payroll exports you can hand to whatever payroll system you use, offline access so a packer in a basement with no signal keeps working, and the connector that lets Claude or ChatGPT work with your own numbers.
Stand-Alone, $450 a month. Your own database, your own domain and your own training site — plus the tools that need an install of your own. The room-by-room inventory that builds itself while you walk the house. The new place drawn to scale, so you can answer “will my things fit?” at your desk instead of on move day. A private page for each family, showing only what you decide to show them. A staff assistant your team can ask about any job. A phone system of your own — business lines, calls and voicemail — and a receptionist that picks up the phone when everybody is out on a move.
Dedicated Server, from $1,400 a month plus the server. Everything in Stand-Alone, running on a server of your own.
Floor planning on the first three plans. Essential, Premium and Unlimited can add the Floor Planning Add-On: $10 a month on Essential, $15 on Premium and $20 on Unlimited. It is billed with your plan, on the same schedule, so a plan paid for the year pays for floor planning for the year too: $108 on Essential, $162 on Premium and $216 on Unlimited. It draws the new place to scale and prints Room Sheets and Room Signs from it. The room-by-room inventory, boxes, materials and labels stay with Stand-Alone, which includes floor planning.
Auctions work a little differently. Starting a MaxSold auction from a job, and seeing the commission it earns you, are on every plan. Building the lots out of your own inventory, and recording what each one sold for, come with Stand-Alone.
How the top two are arranged. Stand-Alone and Dedicated Server start with a call you book with us rather than self-serve checkout. Both carry a one-time $1,800 setup fee, invoiced after that call rather than charged at checkout, and waived when you pay for the year up front. Both are an install of your own, and once you are on one it can’t be moved down to a smaller plan.
